DO NOT go to this place. Very bad customer service Manager Sucks, no ethics no business experience. I keep my car very clean, I just want my seats clean last time they didn't do good job they want me to come back they will take care, I don't clean. I went again to clean my seats spotless that are we paying for $150. The manger said "we can do what we can". No simpathy. I took my car and left. Not going to that place again believe me. There are lot good places and good people working hard to serve you. Do not encourage this place. Thanks

I paid for the top wash the Imperial and tipped. When I got in my car the whole console dash and cup holders were filthy. And did not Calum under seats or side of seats. Went in to ask and was told very rudely I have to tell them to do that. Never have in the past but always free washes from my dealership so didn't feel I should complain for free washes. I was dismissed as I tried to continue explaining. But I will say the kid that helped and fixed the issue was very kind and apologetic. Unfortunately I will no longer be giving them my business. I pay $32 for a washes i expect it to be at least wiped down correctly without me having to ask them to.

The only place I will get my car washed. I have been taking my 2 Durangos here for the past 6 years. I love how clean my car looks every time I get it washed at PALS. They know me well there! 😁

I have been to this car wash MANY times. And I hate to have to give a bad review. Any other time they easily received 4-5 stars, they usually do an amazing job. Today was the absolute worst of all my visits here. I always opt for the most expensive wash package they have. My car is always vacuumed really well, from dash to console and doors wiped down. Today, I got back in my car and it looked like all that got done was cleaning the windows...? Not to mention the lady at the register acted as if her job was such a bother for her to have to be there waiting on the paying guests. That part, we're all human... maybe today was just her day to be having, "a day".. 🤷‍♀️ it looks like the vacuum worked the opposite and actually spit dirt, more dust and whatever else is now on my seats, INTO my car! Instead of it picking up what was actually there..it's just upsetting that I paid that much for a car wash service and STILL had to leave there and go else where and pay even more money to finish the job myself. Never again.

Today, I visited Parkway Auto Laundry and chose the premium car wash package, which was supposed to include both exterior and interior cleaning and cost me around $28. However, I was completely dissatisfied with the interior cleaning. I forgot to unfold my back row seats I thought they will take care of that But when I asked for the re-vacuum the owner spoke to me rudely. While they might have been under work pressure or stress, they should still treat customers with politeness and respect. Over all it’s a bad experience for me.
